Name; Jet Name Meaning; A black, semi-precious stone. Nickname(s); None (yet) Gender; Female Age; Young adult ~200 years Element; Death Battle Score; Necrosis [attack]- with a slash of her claws, Jet can create wounds that bring death to the rest of the body. When using Necrosis, a black mist is transferred from her claws or teeth to the victim, where it infects the wound, killing cells and rotting flesh as it spreads throughout the body. Summon [attack]- with a minute of concentrated calling, Jet can summon the phantom of a fallen soldier to do her bidding. Although lethal once summoned, a minute can be a lifetime on the battlefield, meaning she can only cast her summoning when well protected. The spirit is always of one who died in battle, often with debts left unresolved, and upon summoning will remain corporeal until the end of the battle, Jet dismisses it or she falls. Leech [heal]- During battle, it is far to easy for Jet to exhaust herself. Thus, she has perfected the art of 'leeching' from her enemies lifeforce as they battle. What she saps leaves them exhausted and revitalizes her. If she is able to sap enough, her victim will fall into a deep coma, barely breathing. It usually takes a day or two for them to recover, although it has been known to take up to a week. Note: She can leech from any living thing, and is known to take the life of plants to fuel her during less strenuous activities, although there is rarely enough plant life to fuel her during battle. Incorporeal [utility] - Jet walks a fine line between life and death. By pushing that line closer to death, she is able to force her body into a spirit like state. Although not fully incorporeal, her limps, ears, tail, head and neck become ghostly, surrounded by the same black mist that causes Necrosis in her victims. This ability is useful for getting her out of sticky situations where a quick escape is required. Spirit Walk [utility] - The least battle oriented elemental power, Spirit Walk sends Jet into a trace where she can communicate with those that have passed on. Her body is left vulnerable when she is in this state, and thus it is not a power for battle. Jet often uses this to speak to the spirits of former warriors, learning strategies and tactics from their time. If anything, her first two hundred years of life have only made her more of a wildcard. Her nature of pushing others away from herself has lead her to feel more alone than ever before - she has difficulty forming relationships and finds it easier to just keep herself isolated. This, in turn, has enhanced her reckless nature. She has no qualms putting herself in dangerous, life-threatening situations on the battlefield. There is no question that she is deadly, but her reckless actions often endanger the lives of her teammates, and Jet seems to show little care for their well being. When not fighting in the War, Jet is withdrawn and sullen. She refuses to exert energy on making what she considers 'pointless relationships', although it is speculated that this is less due to an actual resistance to relationships and more based around fear of being vulnerable. Her temper is still an issue, often loosing itself on those who only wish to help her. The drive that seemed to posses her cubhood has been channeled into only one thing - the War. If no one else had a say in it, Jet would be out there day and night, fighting until exhausted. Although she provides the Pride essential support on the battlefield, her hostility off it has made some question whether or not its worth it.
-- Cub Jet is nothing like her quiet, reserved parents. The first thing other lions notice about this little hellion, is she is a bit of a wild card. It's difficult to predict what you're going to get from day to day. The good days occur when she doesn't do much but sleep, maybe go for a wander with her father or tussle with her siblings. Unfortunately (for everyone around her), those days are few and far between. The vast majority of the time, Jet is total loose cannon. Perhaps it has to do with her age at his point, but Jet has not yet grasped the concept of morals. Whatever she does she does to further her own entertainment, and doesn't really notice (or care) if it impacts others in a negative manner. The chaos that always surrounds her makes her a little hard to pin down - but if there's a mess in the pride, it's likely Jet was there moments before. Around lions she knows she tends to be bossy and stubborn, wanting things to go her way, or not happen at all. Her temper is known to spring up if she considers herself to be slighted in some way, and when it does she'll rage for some time. Around lions she doesn't know quite so well, Jet can be aloof and standoffish, sometimes going so far as to be blatantly rude by ignoring older lions. With both her element and her person she is wildly reckless, often putting herself and others into dangerous situations simply for the thrill of it. However, although she is a bratty handful, Jet is not all bad. She's brave, she's wildly smart, and she's completely determined to be great. Whether or not time and training will ease her wild spirit is yet to be seen. For her sake, and others, it is hoped that as she ages she will gain more control. History; Jet was born to Yejida and Akeno, alongside three other siblings. She spent her first years wreaking havoc for the pride, creating chaos and being a general nuisance. As she aged, some expected her to mellow, although this didn't seem to be the case. Oddly enough, she joined the ranks of the warriors, becoming a fighter and enlisting her claws with the pride against the rebels. Whether or not this allegiance will hold after the Civil War has come to a close remains yet to be seen. Her legs are long and body muscular, although she often tends to look a bit on the thin side. Her pelt is usually tacky with blood or dirt, and she doesn't seem to put much effort into grooming. Despite this, she has retained her habit of rolling in herbs, specifically mint and fennel, so she often smells like an odd combination of blood and plant life.
-- Cub Even as a cub, Jet is lean and wiry, all muscle and legs, built more for swift movement than brute force. Her pelt tends to be stuck with twigs, burrs, dust, bits of rock and other such pieces of her environment, picked up from tumbling around. From quite a young age she took to hunting down fragrant plants and rolling in them, so she often smells more herby than most. Other; Jet, like her father, doesn't care much for the Civil War, however, unlike her father, it's not because she can see both sides have points. She merely finds that the politics behind her have no value to her person, and thus cares little. However, she fights on the side of the pride simply because she enjoys the rush of battle.

Name; Sindri Disraeli Name Meaning; Sindri means 'sparkling' and Disraeli is the name of a glacier in northern Canada. Nickname(s); Sin is the most common, however some of the Old Pride lions still refer to him as Disraeli or Raeli/Rae Gender; Male Age; He has been alive for 109 years, but appears to be 309 as he was born in his adult form. Technically, he is 3109 years away from the day he was spawned from the dust, but he has only lived 109 of those. Element; Ice + Death Battle Score; Frostbreath [attack, ice+ death] - to use frostbreath, Sindri exhales a blast of death infused ice shards – similar in makeup to acid rain, the deathly toxins are contained within minute shards, which upon contact with a body shatter, releasing the toxins into the victim. This attack is used to slow down and incapacitate victims, making it easier for the killing blow to be dealt. The toxins themselves sap the energy of the victim as long as they are in contact. As this attack is a blast, all in range are at risk of it – friend, and foe. Thus Sindri must be hyper-aware of where he aims it. Cry of the Damned [attack, death] - Sindri can channel the death throes of those who have perished on battle. It is a dreadful, discordant sound that strikes fear into the hearts of near him, along with momentarily deafening those who hear it. Although the sound itself can only be channeled briefly, the effect lingers, an uneasy feeling lingering in the hearts and souls of those who hear his cry. Glacial Tide [attack, ice + death] - the largest of his attacks, both scale wise and damage wise. This attack is a force to be reckoned with. Although slow moving to start, the massive icy tide Sindri calls up picks up momentum and speed as it moves onwards. Although it appears to be normal ice, as soon as a victim is trapped, it begins to compress and crush their body, while simultaneously taking the victims life force and redirecting it to Sindri himself. Once again, this is an attack that does not distinguish friend from foe – it simply consumes any in its path. Icy Grasp [utility, ice] - a multipurpose attack, Sindri can use the moisture in the ground to ensnare his victims, trapping them in place with ice around paws, limbs and tails. Although it does not deal direct damage, it is often used in conjunction with Glacial Tide to prevent his victims from escaping. Wintertouched [utility, ice] - wintertouched allows Sindri to resist the bite of frost or chill of cold. Although his thick pelt assists in keeping him warm, Sin doesn’t get cold as quickly as others, and it takes a few motionless hours for him to cool off even in the bitterest of temperatures. This comes in handy when he is directing large amounts of ice. Aura of Ice and Death [passive, ice + death] - any creature that comes within three feet of Sindri will begin to feel the effects of the aura that radiates off his body. It is a feeling of intense cold, growing colder the closer they get. Alongside the threat of freezing, strange, otherworldly whispers and a growing dread will begin to creep up on the individual. The closer they get to Sindri, and the longer they stay close to him, the worse these experiences will become. Death Sense [passive, death] - Sindri is able to sense when a creature is near death – this is not something he can turn on or off, but simply another sense, such as touch, taste or smell. Although he has learned to tune it out, in battle it can be terribly distracting, although it also comes in handy after a battle, when he is finishing off the stragglers and odd survivors. Stolen Life [heal, death] - upon finding a creature near death, Sindri can take the last of their energy and use it to boost his own, killing the victim. This leaves an icy coating across the body, and the energy will only last Sindri as long as it takes for the ice to melt. Rank; Warrior, subranked i don't know, aka Ethereal's Guard. This cool, collected brute projects a perfectly emotionless façade to the world. However, upon closer inspection, it is realized that, while subtle and hidden, this creature does in fact have feelings, motivations and opinions. His first, and perhaps most apparent trait would be his loyalty – both to himself, and those who earn him. He is unshakeable in his dedication – once his mind is set upon following someone to the end, he will follow them, through bloodbaths and terribly decisions, he will follow them until they give him a reason not to, and his faith is so unshakeable that the reason must be a direct threat against his own safety. His loyalty to himself is in much the same vein – he will remain firmly set in his morals and beliefs, and it will take nothing less than a life altering event to shatter this. Perhaps this stubborn loyalty to the way things are plays into his inflexibility. Sindri is one who would much sooner break then bend. His ways are his ways, and unless it benefits him in some way, he will not bow to another’s mindset. This is not to say he will not follow another, for he is more a follower than a leader, but he will certainly go about things in his own way. Once he has decided upon a path, he will follow it to the end, pushing past all obstacles, no matter how large. He will push, and push, and push, and push, until whatever, or whoever, blocks his way bends to his will. Despite this, he understands the value of patience, and is more than willing to (and more likely to) take small, pressing steps in the direction he wants rather than one large, earthshattering blow. His mind is a keen trap, constantly working to lure in smaller creatures and twist them into something of use. Finally, and perhaps most deeply, he is driven by his bitterness, a desire for some sort of vengeance to be brought upon the cruel, chaotic world he was born into.
