Danaerys seemed to pace a little bit, frustrations rolling off of her bright fur a bit. Her face was down towards the floor, somewhat contemplating things. Her wings seemed to move and sparkle a bit, her fairy mantle a common thing to see on her. The silent lioness finally stopped to look up towards the starry sky, and she let out a breath, as if she was sighing. Her little ball of light was barely glowing, and it was a sign that her mind was usually busy.
The stars seemed to dance in her imagination, and she sat down, the cool air and sight of the small glowing balls in the sky easing her frustrations. The sounds from the Healer's Den behind her seemed to fade away as her imagination danced. In her mind she saw herself running through the stars, with another lion by her side. a lover, someone who could read her thoughts and be the first to know what she thought... Someone who would understand her completely.
Truth be told, Rys felt lonely... She had yet to meet a lion who could fully conversate with her, instead of it being one sided. Rys had yet to find that. even her stand in father couldn't do that.
The lioness let another huff of air as her imaginations faded and the sounds form the Healer's den coming back into the forefront of her mind. she needed to go back in, but she didn't want to. The female flicked her tail lightly, still watching the sky.

Panacea was shuffling around the Healer's den, careful not to awake any of her resting patients. She'd been stuck in the den for a while now caring for her patients, and while Panacea completely enjoyed her rank as a healer, she did also enjoy the breaks and fresh air.
Stepping out into the starry-lit sky and fresh cool air surrounding her, Pan took a deep breath. She could feel her muscles aching from a hard day's worth of work. Her own elemental ability of life seemed sapped by the energy put into healing her patients. Lost in deep thought, it only now occurred to Pan that she was not alone. She glanced towards the lioness beside her, one she recognized as Danaerys, or Rys for short. She'd never heard the lioness speak though, which was a point of curiosity for Pan.
It wasn't something Pan did regularly, but she felt the need to reach into the lioness's mind. She concentrated and envisioned herself leaping into the mind of this lioness. Finally she got through and began mentally exploring.
Panacea was surprised by what she saw, but at the same time she could understand. Panacea wasn't one to bring attention to herself, although her coat seemed to do that for her, and so many lions didn't know of her ability of telepathy. And while it was a relief to her as well, Panacea wondered what it'd be like should she had a friend she regularly communicated with.
She withdrew from Rys's mind, deciding it wasn't her place to intrude. Panacea wasn't one to enjoy initiating conversations, especially since she'd only have the ability to mentally do it. Instead, Pan looked back to the stars and took another deep breath of fresh, cool air.

Rys flicked her ear as she heard someone else emerge from the same den entrance she had. Even though she was mute, she could still hear and smell and see, maybe even slightly better with her sight and hearing because of her lack of ability to make sound. The female turned her head slightly, taking a look at Panacea. She knew the lioness by sight, but had yet to be able to really figure out her name. She always seemed quite though, and Rys wondered if the golden pelted girl was mute as well, judging by the scar on her throat.
A bunch of questions about her seemed to flow through her mind but none that Rys really felt like acting upon. Getting to know others was an immense chore for her, because all she could do was listen to them drone on and on about themselves. She could never really reciprocate, and asking questions as to if there were those that could seemed out of her reach of abilities.
All this thinking was making her even more tired... She laid down on the rock beneath her, and let out a small breath as she closed her eyes. she didn't want to go to sleep really, she just wanted to rest her eyes.

Panacea noticed how tired the lioness appeared and frustrated as well. She began feeling sympathy for the lioness as she looked back towards her. Pan then got the idea to input images into the lioness's mind. It was possible that it could make Rys happier or less sad, and it wouldn't hurt to try. Panny often did this for sick or injured lions, especially those in pain. Pan believed it helped them just as much to be healed mentally as it was to be healed physically, and Panacea was able to do that with Telepathy.
Once again, Panacea entered her mind. This time, she shuffled around a little longer, trying to see if she could figure out the lioness's problem.
And Panacea finally understood, but it was easier for her to understand than any other lion, because both of them were mute and felt different. They had trouble with communication and, as a result, felt very outcastish.
Panacea wanted to reach out towards Rys, but in a way that wouldn't give away her telepathy quite yet. She'd ease into it, if she felt safe enough to do so. And since Rys was mute, it wasn't like she could tell the whole pride anyways. Starting off simply, Pan envisioned a relaxing, trickling stream in the lioness's mind, and then watched to see how she would react.
